Screening appointments occur in the Cardiology Department which is located in D block of the hospital on level 2. Please report to the reception desk at least 15 minutes before your appointment

By road: The Dartline PR3 Park & Ride bus is quick and not expensive. It runs to Wonford Hospital from Digby (nr Tesco, the railway station and junction 30 of the M5). Please see the map. There are signs along some of the main roads into Exeter pointing to the RD&E park and ride. The park and ride leaves Digby on the hour and every ten minutes Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm. Security staff look after the car park which is locked at 7.30pm.

By bus: Stagecoach buses H1 and H2 run to Wonford Hospital every fifteen minutes or so from the high street in the city centre from around 7am to around 9pm Monday to Saturday. Limited Sunday service. They also run to Wonford Hospital from the Broadfields area. Stagecoach buses from Exmouth, Dawlish, Torbay, Teignmouth and Plymouth stop next to the hospital on Barrack Road.

First Southern National bus X53 from Weymouth , Seaton, Beer and Sidford stops next to the hospital on Barrack Road . Turner's Tours bus 374 from Chulmleigh, Lapford, Morchard Bishop and Crediton stops next to the hospital on Barrack Road

By train: Exeter Central and Exeter St David's stations are about three miles from us. Stagecoach buses H1 & H2 run to Wonford Hospital from Exeter St David's and from Exeter High Street , which is fairly close to Central station

By car: Follow signposts to the hospital from most of the main routes into Exeter. Follow signposts in the hospital grounds to our car parks. Car parking is by pay & display, so please bring change.

The number of spaces is limited, so please give plenty of time to find a space. There is free disabled parking near all the main entrances and at car park C.

Car parking charges: You pay for car parking for two hours, four hours or a full day. It costs around £5 to park for a full day. You buy your ticket from ticket machines in the car park so please bring plenty of change with you. You can also buy a parking permit for the week from the general office in the main entrance to the hospital. This is open Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm and Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm.
