If you need to cancel your appointment, are delayed on the day of your appointment or are unsure where to go please contact our administration team immediately on 020 8847 9325.

Screening appointments occur in the Cardiac Assessment Unit which is located on the ground floor across from the main lift lobby in the main hospital building. Please report to the reception desk in the department at least 15 minutes before your appointment

By bus: Eastern National bus routes 333, 339, 58 and 58A run directly to the main hospital site. The bus stop is located by the Children’s Nursery which is opposite the main hospital entrance. By rail: WAGN operate frequent rail services to Harlow Town station. Fare and timetable information can be obtained by calling the national 24 hour enquiry service on 08457 484950, or visiting the National Rail website

Arriva Metro 5 bus service to Princess Alexandra Hospital: The METRO 5 bus will pick you up and set you down actually inside the hospital grounds - with buses every 30 minutes.

By road: From the M11 Motorway proceed to the Town Centre via the A414 and First/Mandela Avenue. On reaching the Town Centre perimeter, at Linkway, take the third exit from the roundabout (taking you back along the dual carriageway). Take the first turning on the left into Hamstel Road. Continue along Hamstel Road for approximately 200 metres. The main hospital entrance is on the left.
